Through Accelera, Rich connects organizations with on-demand consulting talent, matching experts to solve real business and operational challenges. He also directs the Quality System Design program, driving global quality training, audits, and process improvements that strengthen systems and ensure compliance.

A military veteran and CAPM-certified project leader through the Project Management Institute, Rich brings more than 20 years of experience managing multimillion-dollar initiatives across a range of Fortune 500 multinational companies and mid-market organizations. His deep understanding of both client and operational needs enables him to translate strategy into seamless execution and deliver lasting results.
